Gyaan Rewards — Terms & Conditions Version 2.0 Effective date: 12 September 2026 1. Operator Gyaan Rewards is operated by Money Talks, a company incorporated in India. Acceptance By creating an account, entering a promotion, using the Gyaan Rewards website or using the official Gyaan Rewards Telegram Mini App, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy and the applicable Official Rules for the promotion you participate in. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Official Rules for a specific promotion, the Official Rules govern the promotion-specific matter. 3. Eligibility Gyaan Rewards promotions are available only to persons who satisfy the eligibility requirements stated in the applicable Official Rules. Unless a promotion states a higher minimum age, participants must be at least 18 years old. For promotions offered in India, participation is limited to eligible residents of India and remains subject to applicable law and the geographic restrictions stated in the Official Rules. You must provide accurate and current information and must not use false, misleading or borrowed identity information. 4. Promotions and entry methods Each promotion has its own Official Rules stating its eligibility, promotion period, available entry methods, entry limits, prize, winner-selection method, claim requirements and other applicable conditions. Depending on the promotion, Gyaan Rewards may provide one or more of the following participation methods: • free entry; • Telegram Stars entry; and/or • paid entry using an applicable payment method. The available entry method, applicable amount or Stars requirement, eligibility conditions and other material conditions are shown before participation. The existence of one entry method in one promotion does not mean that the same method is available in every promotion. 5. Paid participation Where a promotion offers paid entry, paid participation is offered only where Money Talks is authorised to offer that promotion and entry method and where the promotion may lawfully be offered to the relevant participants. Payment of an entry amount does not override age, geographic, eligibility, verification or other restrictions. The applicable entry amount, currency and payment method are displayed before confirmation. 6. Telegram Stars Where Telegram Stars entry is enabled, the applicable Stars amount is displayed before confirmation. Telegram Stars are handled through the Telegram platform and its applicable terms and payment processes. Participation through Stars does not override the promotion's eligibility, entry limits or other Official Rules. 7. Entries and account integrity Each valid entry must be associated with an eligible account and satisfy the applicable promotion rules. Gyaan Rewards may reject, remove or invalidate entries associated with duplicate accounts, false information, fraud, manipulation, automated activity, payment abuse or other prohibited conduct. An entry is not valid merely because a payment attempt was made. The applicable promotion rules determine when an entry becomes valid. 8. Winner selection and draw integrity Winners are selected using the method stated in the applicable Official Rules after entries close. Where a cryptographic commitment and published entry-list fingerprint are used, the relevant commitment, entry-list information, revealed random value and draw result may be published on the Gyaan Rewards website so that the published record can be independently checked. The published draw record is the authoritative record of the completed selection process. 9. Prizes, verification and payouts Prizes are subject to the applicable Official Rules, participant eligibility, identity and account verification, fraud and risk checks, and applicable tax requirements. A winner may be required to provide payout information after selection and verification. Gyaan Rewards will not request an OTP, UPI PIN, card PIN or payment to release a legitimate prize. Applicable taxes, deductions and reporting requirements are handled as stated in the Official Rules and applicable law. 10. Prohibited conduct You must not: • operate bots, scripts or automated systems to obtain entries; • create or operate duplicate or fraudulent accounts; • manipulate entries or winner selection; • exploit software defects for an unfair advantage; • provide false identity, age, location or other eligibility information; • commit payment or identity fraud; • engage in money laundering or other unlawful activity; or • interfere with the security, integrity or operation of the service. 11. Suspension and termination We may restrict, suspend or terminate an account or invalidate entries where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, payment-provider requirements, breach of these Terms or breach of the applicable Official Rules. Where an action affects a prize or entry, the applicable Official Rules will govern the outcome. Nothing in these Terms excludes any right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded. 12. Intellectual property The Gyaan Rewards website, software, branding, text, graphics and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the service for its intended purpose but may not copy, reproduce, modify, reverse engineer, distribute or commercially exploit the service or its materials except as permitted by law. 13. Privacy and cookies Personal data is processed in accordance with the Gyaan Rewards Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law. Cookies and similar technologies are described in the Gyaan Rewards Cookie Policy. 14. Third-party services Gyaan Rewards may use third-party providers for hosting, communications, authentication, payment processing, Telegram services, fraud prevention, security and other operational functions. Your use of a third-party service may also be subject to that provider's terms and policies. 15. Changes We may update these Terms from time to time. A new version will identify its effective date and version number. Where a change materially affects an existing user relationship, we will provide notice where required by applicable law. Historical consent records remain associated with the version of the document that was accepted at the relevant time. 16. Governing law and disputes These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection, statutory dispute-resolution or other jurisdictional requirements that cannot lawfully be excluded, the courts having jurisdiction in Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms. 17.
