How the draw actually works
Four steps. The third one is the part that matters, and you don’t have to take our word for any of it.
Entries close
At the published time, no further entries are accepted. The list of valid entries is fixed at that moment.
The list is sealed and published
We publish a fingerprint of the entry list — a long string that changes completely if even one entry is altered. Your entry code is in that list, and you can see it.
A random number is committed before the draw
We generate the random value that picks the winner, publish a locked version of it, and only then run the draw. Because the lock is published first, we can’t go looking for a number that picks someone we prefer.
The result and the working are published together
The winner, the entry count and the random value all go on the payouts page. Anyone can redo the calculation and get the same answer.
Every draw record stays online permanently, including any draw that had to be redone and why.

People will pretend to be us
Reward scams copy pages like this one. So here is exactly what we do and don’t do — if anything differs, it isn’t us.
- Official participation and payment actions happen only through the Gyaan Rewards website or the official Gyaan Rewards Telegram Mini App.
- We ask for bank details once, from the winner only, after the draw.
- Our only Telegram bot is @GyanRewards. Anyone else claiming to be us is not.
- We never message you on WhatsApp or Instagram DM to claim a prize.
- We never ask for an OTP, a UPI PIN, a card number or a screen-sharing app — not on the site, and not in the bot.
- We never ask you to pay a fee, a tax, or a “processing charge” to receive a reward.
- We never ask you to like, share or subscribe to qualify.

What’s the catch?
There isn’t a hidden one. We collect the details needed to create and verify your account and, where applicable, contact you about promotions or prize claims. You can manage your account and available privacy controls from your settings.
Why offer rewards?
It’s marketing, and we’d rather say so than pretend otherwise. Rewards help bring people to the channel and give the community something to gather around. The reward budget comes from the business and/or promotion funding, as applicable.
How do I know the draw isn’t rigged?
You can verify the published draw records. Before each draw, we publish a commitment to the random value used for selection. After the draw, we publish the revealed value and the relevant entry-list fingerprint. The published verification information lets you check that the draw record was not changed after entries closed.
The entry list is fingerprinted the same way, so entries can’t be added or removed after closing.
Do I have to subscribe or buy a membership?
No. A membership or subscription is not required to participate. Depending on the promotion, Gyaan Rewards may offer free entry, Telegram Stars entry, or paid entry where permitted and enabled. The available entry methods, eligibility requirements and any applicable cost are shown before you participate.
What do you do with my phone number?
We use your verified number for account security, eligibility checks and, where applicable, winner contact. It isn't sold or used for unrelated marketing. Verification also helps prevent duplicate or abusive accounts.
Will I owe tax on a reward?
Possibly — winnings in India can attract tax under Section 194B, and the responsibility sits with the winner. The exact position depends on the amount and your circumstances, so check with a professional. The official rules for each promotion state how this is handled.
